1. Payment issues

2. Some people submit more than 1 application, then only pay for 1.
The money paid will first be allocated to all name reservations submitted. Each name costs R50.
None of the companies submitted will be processed because of insufficient funds.

3. Incomplete applications
After submitting a name reservation we instantly send out an SMS with a ref number. Some people exit here, assuming they are done.
You must proceed with the application until the confirmation page, otherwise your application is not submitted.

4. Not paying
Some customers submit applications but do not make payment. Unpaid transactions get discarded after a set period.
Payment must be done immediately after submitting your application.
You can also pay before submitting your application by depositing at Absa.
