Gender is very real, and is not a "construct."
Know what is? Race.
No we're not equal by any means, but that is because all individuals are unequal to each other. But in no way is a white man different than a black man because they're a different "race."

One of the biggest lies that have been perpetuated through history, and I don't care what anyone says. There's absolutely no biological basis or evidence it for it. People just take skin color & ethnical/cultural differences call that a "race."
A white person with a disability is more functionally different to a white person with no disability than a normal white person would be to a normal black person.
Yet, even though with those clear functional differences they aren't considered a different "race."
