Over the next decade we could very well see the greatest migration of Americans in modern history. It’s our time. “Nothing happens until something is sold.” Remember that quote. We have to start working together and start selling what we have.
That’s why our kids will want to stay here and/or move back here. Not because a tax rate is 6% or 5% or 4%. It’s a balance. Quality of life matters. Arguably it matters the most. We have it but don’t know it. Time to start selling. Arkansas can win.
