This is from IG account of a plant seller. I wanted to comment that this is an invasive alien plant species of Sri Lanka & it shouldn’t sell & spread. But there are no rules to prevent selling this plant bcz the plant, Clusia rosea still hasn’t gazette as a quarantine pest. 1/4
Even there are no rules it’s better we can stop spreading invasive alien species. Otherwise we’ll lose our diversity.

It was introduced as an ornamental plant to srilanka & cultivated in knuckles area as a fire barrier. now it has naturalized in the hill country as an invasive plant. Even the it can grow on the rocks. Most people who love do bonsai see it as a best option bcz of the shape. 3/4
