1. m doing a thread. This is my non-pro legal analysis, just reading comprehension here and highlighting things that are noteworthy in each section of the indictment (it's gonna be a long thread as it's 24 pages). I'm no file 411 so set expectations low. I'll do my best here.....
1. I'm just gonna highlight what I think is the key point here worth noting for most of us who are noting such things. This is from page 1. Thoughts? Given this continued AFTER 2016 into 2018, I imagine this is not the end of the charges coming...Again guess based on reading here
2. You craps got caught because the feds are trained specifically to catch the people doing this. What stood out to me was the public corruption and undercover capacity are public figures involved in this? I don't know. But seems interesting to note there.
3. Memes. Nuff said.
4. Hashtags and tricking people to vote via text...ok yea that's a bad one, don't need to be a lawyer to see the voter fraud there.
5. VARIOUS individuals confirmed. He has no friends lol. But worth noting a Congressional Candidate revealed the last name! Our friend filey offline informed me this person is Paul Nehlen. So full credit for her on this one. Also footnote. Agent was last there 1/20/๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿญ
6. Various individuals as recently as October 19th ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ!
7. Mostly bio details of Mackey/Ricky Vaughn the person, but next page...
8. Here's the co-conspirators. Linking to the tweet confirming the userIDs for the co-conspiratorst (I have my own but this is neater than my own so I'll refer to this and a screenshot in case one can't see)

9. Targeted abuse seems to be the pattern observed both during 2016 & after well into 2018 and even after. BUT notably in THIS case it was all 2016. I'm looking at all this from a precedent setting case. There's LIKELY (not certain) to be more cases. But Associate ratted him out.
10. First, @LouiseMensch gonna like this. But I read it as:How to suck at OPSEC. Secondly. Footnotes (filey tells me those are important, now I see why), My takeaway? The best pirates are the best ones you never heard of. The worst? Every famous pirate that you know got caught
11. Voter manipulation and the meat of the charges are highlighted here.
12. This was the meme war aka Perfect Psyops. The origanized effort to outmeme. Anyone on Twitter back then saw it firsthand.
13. This will be of particular interest to certain others here. @IdeaGov @SlickRockWeb @MelissaJPeltier
14. Images work better than words, hashtag hijacking.
15. Again @LouiseMensch might have some interest as this overlaps with Brexit! Mostly seems like he drew inspiration from that campaign (curious huh?)
16. Racism because of course. BUT this whole page is actually noteworthy. The nitty gritty of their coordination is highlighted in solid detail here.
17. Intent is the biggest part. No lawyer here, but I do get intent is a HUGE part of the law. This is the intent and likely a big part of what the charges are based on. @DirkSchwenk @lauferlaw can confirm my reading of this. Probably even clarify. (expand image for details)
18. The meat of the crime is here. Robotexts like what Jacob Wohl did with phones, but this was with texts. Voter fraud. Again the lawyers with more expertise can correct me if I'm wrong, not totally my lane.
19. More of the story here. Lots of chatter to support the charges.
20. Well damn. Fed free hatechat or whatever (basically how to suck at OPSEC while doing illegal crap), so many at this point lol. But admission is there. (expand for the moment)
21. This was clearly a VERY racist campaign. But the suppression was there. ANd it was favoring REPUBLCIANS. Just tkae
22. This is more of the chatter detailing the voter fraud. Obviously just more evidence. Nothing overly noteworthy other than hashtagging and the psyop they were pushing.
23. Well FBI got to the text company. Subpeonas work. They open doors not usually available.
24. Well noting the date, that was QUICK from seal to arrest. As I said, I'm no legal expert, but reading. There may be nuances legal people can spot I can't. BUT this last part is pretty obvious. It was under seal for a few days until today.
