US officials said to WSJ that the New Biden Administration is seeking to review the significant foreign arms sales approved by Trump's administration, but despite this suspension, many of arms transactions are likely to ultimately go forward.
Raytheon CEO expected on Tuesday that the New Biden Administration will cancel the $500 million deal for the sale of 7500 Paveway IV laser-guided bombs to Saudi Arabia.

Regarding this issue, I think that the decision taken by Biden administration is just for propaganda. It reminds me with Obama's Administration decision to block the sale of precision-guided munitions to Saudi Arabia in 2012 then approve it in 2014/15.
