Disclaimers:
1. This is probably gonna be boring because I feel like most of these are talked about a lot in ED circles
2. This is a list of my staples meaning stuff I purchase almost every single time I go to the grocery store. I go thru this stuff fast but itâs not all I eat.

These are around $7.99 for a 4 pack, which is like $2 each. I use them as meal replacements and theyâre 160 calories. The pics are of my fave flavors but Iâve also heard vanilla and caramel are good. Important: the coffee flavor one has caffeine!!!

Depending on where I shop, apples end up being about 99¢ each and cucumbers around 80¢. This is my staple fruit and vegetable and I always stock up. Apples average 100 cals and have lots of fiber (

Generic, but what can you do. I think one package is $2-3? and theyâre about 35 cals. I always get the plain ones because I always end up bingeing on the flavored ones! These go great with powder PB. Store brand is always cheaper but know the quality of your store.

I usually pick up a package of extra firm tofu ($3-4) because I have one (1) good tofu recipe that I will die for. The whole block is 405 cals but itâs so filling that you donât really need to eat all of it in one go. Probably the least âsafeâ food on here but so yummy.

These are a little pricey (about $2 each) but itâs only 150 calories for the whole container and perfect if you need to snack on something. The fruit favors are all good, havenât tried the veggie ones. The value packs are worth it. Target sometimes has sales.

I use this religiously for smoothies, oatmeal, and coffee, so Iâm ALWAYS buying it. 30 cals a cup babey! Another generic thing, but the cheapest ones are usually like $2-3 depending on brand + size. The unrefrigerated ones (left) are usually cheaper.

Campbellâs chicken soup is 150 cals for an entire can. Hot soup is so filling and comforting to me. And the best part? Itâs only 99¢! The other variety I regularly stock up on is tomato, which I think is like 250 cals max for the whole can if you make it with water.

A pack of this stuff is like $3 and not only is it a filling meal for 100-200 calories, but you can add scrambled eggs to it for extra protein. This is the brand I usually get but there are others, possibly cheaper too.

SO UNHEALTHY I KNOW â but the cheese ones specifically are *under* 300 calories each and theyâre perfect if youâre craving something that doesnât taste like anorexia. Also, Iâd try the breakfast ones but I donât eat bacon/pork. Some1 review them 4 me?

Listen, these things ainât cheap. $2-3 each completely depending on where you buy them. (Cheaper when you buy the box as opposed to individual cans.) But I also canât live without them! And theyâre so fucking good. I crave these even if they kill me one day.

These I ONLY get to binge and purge. Theyâre dangerous to have in the pantry, I swear. Let it be known that Little Debbie anything is cheaper than Hostess anything by almost half!

Great in smoothies and great to mindlessly eat without racking up too many calories. Satisfying. Typically 60-70 cals/cup. Expensive but Target and Aldi usually have the best prices. These are the two I have rn. Frozen blueberries are also a yummy low cal snack.

Okay yeah you can make oatmeal from scratch but Iâm lazy and bad with portions so I always get the pre packaged ones. Cheap, usually on some sort of sale, and you wanna look for the ~110 cal ones NOT the ~160+ cal ones. Goes great with the frozen fruit, esp berries.

If youâre a fatass like me and get in these moods where you just CRAVE some sort of carbs, try either 45-50 cal tortillas or 100 cal lite English muffins. Some brand of each of them is usually on sale depending on where you look. I just bought both BOGO this week.

Again, not cheap (usually around $5 each), but I still buy it like once a month because itâs the best light ice cream and a really good deal for the calories. These two are the best flavors btw. The non dairy ones donât taste nearly as good.

As far as frozen dinners go, these are pretty damn good. $2-3 each depending on sales and all I think are under 300 cals. Once I found a 190 cal one. Great for when youâre too depressed to actually cook/prepare food.

These arenât super duper cheap but theyâre reasonable, and I just got them BOGO at Publix this week. Variety of flavors and the best part is that theyâre only 100 cals and donât taste like anorexia at all! Perfect to fix a sweet craving.

This thread is getting long so here, I also frequently buy:
- green beans, sugar snap peas, zucchini, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, baby carrots, watermelon, plums

- sparkling ice drinks (can usually get for $1 each)
- fiber one brownies
- applesauce
I hope this thread wasnât too boring! I donât buy a huge variety of foods aha but I go back to these over and over again because autism + ED. I didnât include ramen bc even tho itâs cheap itâs so many cals
but yeah I hope this helps someone!
