This isn't just about $GME or $AMC, it's about a level playing field.

It's a divide in between an older generation that had actual upside and a disenfranchised generation born into multiple financial crises held up by a corrupt system.

All the political unrest of our time can be tied back to wage stagnation and regulation that propped up our financial institutions.

When average investors aren't allowed to participate in that upside, are you really surprised we have massive inequality?
PDT rules, accredited investor rules, 401k tax laws designed to trap you in this american idealism of the 1950s that just doesn't exist and probably never did.

Perhaps well intentioned, but is completely blowing up in their face right now.
Inflation is fine as long as we're ALL able to grow with it. When one group of people is held back from asset appreciation, that's robbery. It's just invisible and slow.

The old boiling a frog analogy seems fitting.
Money is so taboo, yet defines everything we do. Most people fail to understand how it actually works.

Becoming more financially literate has been the largest driver of my own success, yet it's still frowned upon in my community.
What we need is a level playing field and we are never going to get that from our governments, they'll always be corruptible no matter how many rules you put on it.

What I'm advocating for is decentralization, where no single party controls the playing field.
Separation of money and state.

Crypto was born in 09 as a direct reaction to this financial system. It's a form of protest, an opting out of their game.

It's the internet taking over our financial system and it'll probably be the largest transfer of wealth of our lives.

This isn't a "invest in X" post, but it's my opinion on why all of this is happening and what is being done about it.

If anything, I just hope you do some research and make your own decisions.
