Call me a centrist if you must. But I believe:

1. Climate change is an existential threat
2. No human being is illegal
3. Healthcare is a human right
4. Your access to care should not be defined by your ability to pay
5. Our criminal justice system- is a justice system, not a punishment project.
6. Water is life and everyone should have access to clean water
7. We are global citizens
8. All work has dignity and we should compensate ppl fairly
9. Economic fairness means economic stability
10. In a country where 40% of all food produced is wasted how do we have 1 in 7 families go to bed hungry makes us a "developing country." That is a poverty of imagination and we cannot call ourselves innovative- until that is fixed.
11. Education is an investment- removing barriers to it ensures our future.

12. If you want to end homelessness give people a home.- Housing First is not just a policy - it pragmatic and cheaper
I don't think we are going to be of the same mind on approaches/programs

I think that is fine.

You may find that I am neoliberal if I want healthcare via a public option and you want a national approach. 👍🏾

But it bothers me none - to call me a centrist.
