There are two Executive Orders and a memo.
One Order is wide-ranging, from reducing methane leaks to adding the Climate Envoy to the Nat'l Security Council (+ a ton more).
The other Order establishes the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.

The Memorandum instructs agencies to use the best available science and data to make evidence-based decisions.

The Memo also directs specific staff to oversee the integrity of federal agency science.
