Contract btwn dreamus(bh's current dist) and BH's about to end. BH looked for new a distributor. BTS &BH artists sell millions of merch+albums each comeback so it's a no brainer that distribution companies compete on who BH will choose.+

+YGplus is 1 of the candidates. They presented their advantage over the others. BH/BeNX was convinced, but they realized 1 thing. Aside from ygplus current impressive system of distribution, what else can they benefit from this? Hmm... Dreamus was a 3rd party. So whtever profit+
+Dreamus gets from distributing BH prod are theirs alone. So given this, if bh/BeNX agreed to YGplus being the new distributor, same thing will happen. It will just be a distributing contract and nothing more.. BH/BeNx being big brained decided to acquire stocks of YGplus. Why?+
+ coz YGP will earn a lot from distributing bH merch on top of their earnings from other artist's merch/albums. But now that BH owns a portion of their share, BH will also get their portion from YGplus' profit not only from BH merch but other artists under yGplus as well.

+. BH/BeNX is the one who invested money on this deal so yGplus will do the labor. They have to make sure that they will do the job because they have to please the investors or else, investors may pull out their stock which is a loss for the company. +
+BeNX and naver's deal, is different. Coz even if naver invested money on BH/beNX, they also decided to integrate vlive weverse. And they also have to work to make sure that the investment will make profit.++
