You’re only allowed to complain about the ambulance crew bringing the patient if you do precisely zero further investigations/have precisely no further observation time than could be done on scene.

If you need an X-ray or a blood test or another set of obs or a repeat ECG to reassure you then you’ve more than justified and backed their decision to bring them to the ED
.

A lot of the replies are “ED are rude/don’t understand prehospital” which I fully recognise. Sorry. I think sometimes when we’ve taken responsibility for >100 patients with limited staff numbers/space it leads to snapping/blaming the next person to add to the workload.
