Okay so last night, my friends and I were having some really deep convos about MX, business, stocks, contracts, promotion, the 2nd English album and much more:

1)The whole "if mx would leave Starship, starship would be screwed" statement is incorrect. Monsta x is Starship's biggest group, brings in the most money, and is their key to the international market, and their foot in more specifically the western music industry +

However we need to understand this:
-It is takes more work and money for Starship to promote the boys internationally. It would give mx a better foot hold in the company if they did better domestically (they currently are working on that). +

-Starship also owns King Kong by Starship a company for HUGE actors that are household names in Korea (Lee Dong Wook, Ki Bum, Lee Kwang-soo and more) so if they decided to get rid of their musicians, they would probably be fine (a scary thought)
-Starship is owned by Kakao M +

You don't think that's a big deal? Kakao owns:
-Kakao talk
-Melon (the biggest streaming service in Korea)
-1theK (I know... they own 1theK)
-BH entertainment (the acting agency)
-Cre.Ker Entertainment
-Play M Entertainment
and A LOT MORE (look it up and you'll be scared)+

And to put things in perspective Apple stocks are $140... Kakao stocks are $420 USD . This is a big company and they could literally close up Starship and walk away. This companies stocks cost more than Big Hit's (which is about $180 USD). +

This is not to scare you, this is to open your eyes and remember that this is all a business and we need to hype Mx's marketability. We need to MOVEEEE for Monsta x. And remember, Starship also pays their artists the best. Out of every company, their %'s are the best+

2)We need to market these boys, ourselves. It is 2021, and we need to understand that brand deals, movie deals, and so much more lie in our hands. Our engagement is what gives MX brand deals.
-We need to react on Naver and Daum
-Trend Monsta x more
-Engage with brands +

-Trend on Stan twt
-Hype up even the smallest things that they do
-The harder that we ride for MX the easier it is for them to gain more fans and the easier it will get for these boys to grow. It all starts with us. "mx deserves more recognition" starts with us +

3) We need GP support to get that #1 on BB 200. We are currently on a plateau, when it comes to our streams. The GP is the general public. This means non kpop fans, people who have no idea what Kpop is. The best way to get their attention?:
-Tik Tok
-Interviews
-Talk Shows +

-Brand Deals
-And Just fun hype
We need to work on all these things ASAP if we want to get anywhere. This all comes back to us and giving the boys hype. Hype up the boys, for doing ANYTHING, NOTHING AND EVERYTHING.

Ways to do that:
-Make reaction videos out of their videos
-Make editing trends
-Come up with jokes that will impact more than just our fandom (have an inside joke with a company)
-Have their names trend for stupid reasons, like absurd things that will make people click.

If "Monsta x Naked" had trended, people would have been like?!?! and even non fans would have clicked, now people know Monsta x are having a brand deal with Urban Decay. That's how we pull people in, peak their interest.

4) We need a bigger Asian Fanbase. Look at every big Kpop group. Their Asian fans are who carry the fandom. They carry the streams, sales, help promote, and so much more. But mx don't really get promoted in Asian countries, and we might have to take that into our own hands. +
