We offered a limited number (20) of heavily discounted (75%+) early bird options.
This was suggested by @JanelSGM and @pabloheredia24 agreed. I was reluctant as I was worried it was too cheap.
It meant the first 20 sales came in within an hour of launching...

15 months of regular tweets, engaging with the #nocode Twitter community, recording occasional tutorials or hosting sessions, sliding into DMs, jumping onto Zoom calls, joining communities, making bad jokes etc really paid off.

Real talk - it is terrifying selling something that you haven't yet made. Nothing could make that feeling go away.
But the feeling we'd get if we spent 100 hours making it only to find no-one wants it would be much worse.
Now we have so much more motivation to do it.
