Next few nights … Full Wolf Moon!

If you consider that the winter season started for us in the Northern Hemisphere at the December solstice, the upcoming full moon is this season's 2nd full moon. It's the Wolf Moon, Snow Moon, Hunger Moon, or Moon after Yule.
From around the world tonight & tomorrow, watch for a full-looking moon to light up the nighttime from dusk until dawn. The Hopi name for this moon - paamuya or Moon of Life at its Height is interesting & shows the Hopi to be great observers of seasonal changes in the night sky
That's because this full moon rides high - highest around midnight - like a blazing summertime sun.
