Regardless of whether you think the answer is indeed planning reform, land or something else (obviously it IS land though) you can't think that it is right that companies pulling in almost £1 billion in annual profit aren't held to a higher standard. 2/3

A small local builder would never get away with this type of thing but the big boys almost always will... right now though I'm not convinved that much of what government is proposing to change will really address the reasons why small builders aren't able to do more. 3/3
