Black people hardly collaborate on business ventures because we hate each other’s success
Even in corporate, those few blacks that reach the pinnacle will turn and play gatekeeper. They will try by all means to keep other blacks out. This is a sickness
As a black man, the odds are stacked against you. Not only do you go against a system that’s set up to disadvantage you, blacks also need to deal with sabotage, envy, cancel culture & crab in a bucket blacks who find joy in the failure of fellow blacks
Exploiting this very nature, the man has always used this against us. When Land was seized by settlers in SA, a small portion was set aside for blacks to be held in the custodianship of a few elite blacks. The majority of blacks were relegated to shanty Bantustans
In America, to divide and conquer, the man separated us into house negroes and plantation negroes. House negroes wore the same graments as their masters. They shared the same residence & food while plantation negroes worked 16 hour days producing cash crops
Malcom X once said house negores had it so good, they were happy with the power structures that enslaved their fellow blacks as long as they still enjoyed the house negroe benefits. Now do u still think the elite black govs around the world want whats good for you? Black man
