1. A reminder to the #GC senior leadership- diversity is not inclusion and inclusion is not anti-racism. If you still think they are interchangeable terms you really need to go back to the books you “read” last summer and also start actually listening to what we are saying

2. Recruiting and promoting while not questioning the systemic racism that is at the core of the system is just tinkering and window dressing. It shows your commitment to diversity but not to anti-racism.

3. If you think all you need to do is change the faces at the table but not also change what we ask folks to bring to the table and how we recognize the variety of skills, knowledge and experiences they bring then we are not going to have an anti-racist public service

4. So to folks at centre making the calls to action and statements about change, I will evaluate it by the deep systemic changes you make and not the words that you continue to use incorrectly.
