Hi, @OmarAlghabra, my days of writing BNs are behind me so here are my ideas:
1. Keep pre-departure testing;
2. Implement rapid tests on arrival at Canadian airports accepting intl pax;
3. Those who test negative can proceed and must quarantine at their quarantine location (1/?)
3. (cont) until they can receive another negative test result but from a lab. Then reduced quarantine (7 days).
4. Those who test positive face stricter and highly enforced quarantine requirements at a GoC-hosted facility.
5. Remove redundant obligations like temperature (2/?)
5. (cont) screening, health questions, etc., off the carriers’ backs.
6. Move towards a risk-based approach and stop aiming for 0%. It’s unachievable.
7. Use ArriveCAN. It’s mandatory for all travellers and seriously under-utilized. It could integrate so much and remove (3/?)
7. (cont) carriers from so much of the equation. This is between the passengers and the Government.
8. Help us help you save Canadian aviation. Seriously.
