The first set of bills being heard have to do with to-go alcoholic beverages. #moleg
Moving on to the next bill. House Bill 75 is now being heard. It’s sponsored by Rep. Jim Murphy and would require permission to issue a public health order or closure for more than 45 days.

Owner of Wheelhouse and Start Bar is now testifying in favor of this bill. The two establishments were issued to close last week after multiple violations. Here’s the story:
