The farmer's protest started 5 mnths ago on 9th August. Before Independence day last year. Modi Govt initially pretended its not their concern. The bitter cold winter began, many protesting farmers out in the open died. 67 to be precise. The Govt went thru it vacuous motions..1/n
..of meeting after meeting with no intentions of resolving. 11 meetings to be precise. Throughout this 5 months period the farmers have been displaying exemplary patience and maturity to establish the protests are peaceful.
What does all this establish?..2/n
The farmers are very patient. The government however has been inept and incompetent. What was the Govt expecting? What we see is a farmers protest which has been peaceful. There is reason to believe there is more to it than meets the eye...3/3
