It seems like people may have taken screenshots of the topless photo that Kellyanne Conway posted of her child.

Even if one's intentions in doing so were to document and report it, it's still possession of child pornography which is a felony.

So don't do that.
Just trust me on this one, you don't want to end up facing the possibility of being prosecuted by your state and the federal government, winding up with a felony conviction, possible prison time, plus being on the sex offender registry for the rest of your life.

And for the love of God, as @Pullingaclaudia pointed out, don’t admit your crimes on Twitter by saying you screenshot the original (which is possession of child porn) and edited it, & then post your edited screenshot.
