I've taken my time to process all that has happened and I've come to a logical conclusion that the hierarchy at #CFC will never subscribe to a long term plan like that of Klopp and Sir Alex Ferguson as it will take ths shine of them. It's baffling to say the least, how do you
explain the decision to keep fringe played around? They made it so hard for clubs willing to take them on loan & made little effort at getting them out this window. why force Kepa on the coach because you ain't willing to face the ridicule of paying the highest amount for the
Worst GK in our history. Arrogance.
Look, you may come here to argue about Lampard's poor tactics all day,I never said he's a great coach, but there is more to this. The politics of the game got him out. How do you handle a dressing room of too many disgruntled players?

Do you think it's easy working in a toxic environment? Look at the way the players played in recent games, the intensity, desire & passion were all missing. All that point to a fact that all wasn'tsn't well, not tactically entirely, as being touted, the tension being created by
certain elements was enough to cause disinterest in the whole project.
My conclusion:
- Lampard was culpable of some decisions in his player selections, at least, going by what we see, until further Revelations
- The board set him up for failure by failing to dispose unwanted

If coaches are fired for poor performances, board members should bear the consequences of poor signings as well.
Enough of this nonsense
