Meet Teddy. Teddy has been my 13-year-old son's buddy since he was two. Sleeping buddy, travel buddy, going-to-the doctor buddy ... one of his besties. Welp, on our whirlwind driving trip to and from Branson, MO we stayed one night at the @EmbassySuites in Lexington, KY and Teddy
got left behind. My son only realized it when we were well into West Virginia so it wasn't like we were going to go back and get him. Mini-Foo 2 was very brave and said it was ok if Teddy was gone but I could tell it was not, so I said I'd call and see if they could find him.
I called over the weekend and was informed that only certain people could check the lost and found but as soon as a manager came in they'd check and IF they found him, they'd call me. Welp, there was no call so I assumed Teddy was not found BUT thought I'd check in one last time
and ended up connecting with an 'Amy.'

Talk about a spectacular person.

She told me she'd find him, that they would find him, told me about her own son's 'Blue Bunny' and that it broke her heart that our Teddy had gone missing. And she did find him. Keep in mind, Teddy was
not in the lost and found, no no, Amy went to the room we stayed in that night and searched for him ... found him put away in the sleeper sofa where my son had slept. Thanks to Amy, Teddy is on his way home TODAY!
So impressed with her level of dedication to customer service and just how human and good she was to me and to my son. We need more of this - I hope sincerely @EmbassySuites will recognize Amy for all she did for my family. :)
