We've assessed the wording of our job descriptions in this handy wee app https://lnkd.in/etpKgbp from the very talented @LovedayBrooke (we came out neutral)
We've added in a line to our job description: "Bad Dinosaur is committed to creating a 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and is proud to be an 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿." Thanks to Vanessa Fong for the suggestion
We've reiterated to our #recruitment partners that we want to see more diversity in the candidates pool they're bringing us
