Of the 199 applications for our developer role over LinkedIn in the last four weeks, 13 are women.

There's a huge #diversity imbalance in tech, but we want to do more to address this, so, we're sharing what we're doing about it:
👉We've assessed the wording of our job descriptions in this handy wee app https://lnkd.in/etpKgbp  from the very talented @LovedayBrooke (we came out neutral)
👉 We've added in a line to our job description: "Bad Dinosaur is committed to creating a 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and is proud to be an 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿." Thanks to Vanessa Fong for the suggestion
👉 We've reiterated to our #recruitment partners that we want to see more diversity in the candidates pool they're bringing us
👉 We've changed the imagery we use when promoting hiring to be more inclusive:
