Don't spread false claim without proof! You CAN'T sue someone on someone else's behalf without them giving you power of attorney! Any lawyer would tell you that! And #BTSARMY have plenty of them! Plus, legal cases by 3rd parties to BH on BTS' behalf is rejected by them! 
You can only report WITHOUT SPAMMING silently and IF EXISTING law of their country allows BH, they sue!
Also, every online Platform, including BLOGS, have policies in place on malicious/hate posts! USE THEM to report hate blogs and get them off WITHOUT giving them engagement!

P.S. For really, really dumb people, random dude on the internet doesn't have power of attorney from BTS! So they CAN'T sue on their behalf! Only BH can and they do! But they are a private company from Korea and doesn't have jurisdiction over the laws of other countries! 
As I mentioned, #BTSARMY have plenty of lawyers to explain how law works! But common sense should not be so uncommon around here!
