When you say Most, I disagree with you.
Wallahi just try to conform to the Teachings of the Deen and we good.
Not only Yorubas, but also people from like Edo, Ebgira, Igala etc complain of this.
But the fact is, there's a fault of both sides.

The Hausa Man isn't meant to see the Yoruba/other tribes in general as Second Class Muslims as the Prophet (SAW) has said "An Arab isn't better than a Non-Arab"
Also, the Muslim in general, if he doesn't want to be looked down upon should study the Deen and act accordingly

You can't come to Zamfara for example, wear tight jeans, refuse to cover hair in public, openly do things against the Shariah and say they shouldn't judge you..Let's be realistic mehn!
So, d point is, if we learn to conform to the teachings of the Deen, no one would discriminate

I'm Ebira from Kogi, but I'm the Ameer of the MSSN in my University in Sokoto, I lead all the Salahs and appoint all the Junior Imams who are from Sokoto.
The Ameerah of my Uni (Sokoto State University) is Yoruba originally from Ogun/Osun, but she was chosen over the Hausa Girls.

In another MSSN group which I belong to in Abuja, we have Two Igbos who are officials and were chosen over lots of Hausas who were there.
So, it boils down to conformity, when we conform to the teachings of the Deen, no one would Judge u or say you aren't a real Muslim.

The last two musabaqahs done in my Uni was won by a Yoruba Hafidh from Osun, no one said "He's Yoruba, let's give the Hausa Guy... Instead, they were even happy and impressed to see Yoruba Muslims participating and conforming to the Deen.
When you start complaining that people judge you or say you aren't a real Muslim, there is a fault from them, but also check yourself, Are you conforming to the Deen Properly? But how can we know sef when what we Wana do is Vibe and just do Owambe in the weekends?
So, let's seek knowledge, practice it properly, forget all about westernization and push away our secular mindset and I tell you even An Arab Man would respect you, talk less of a Hausa Man, even the Non-Muslims would respect you.
With Ilm and Practice comes Respect.
