I have massive respect for anyone that can sit down with a blank page and code a site using React without needing to read the whole internet. WTF is this shit? Using ‘useState’...and props...I am cry-laughing like an axe murderer just trying to make things work.
Yesterday I wrote an scp client in less than 60 mins - but today, trying to get a simple drop down working on a webpage...is like crawling over broken glass.
I will never - ever - look down on web designers...this stuff is like a completely different thing to any programming I have ever done. It’s insane. If Willy Wonka invented a language, it would be less insane than this shit
