Joanna Cherry's politics are clear - Rights and freedoms are for her and hers, not for anyone else. Sexism is when she is criticised, not when women face oppression. Free speech means the power to silence critics of your bigotry, not for everyone's right to be heard.
Her continued participation in a hate campaign empowered by her party platform is a stain on the SNP. As long as it continues she will continue to hurt the party and Scotland.
It is well past time for the SNP's leadership to step past their cowardice and condemn Cherry.
