This new poll of NYC voters reveals that a super-majority of voters ***including 61% of car owners*** support adding protected bike lanes in their neighborhood.
A clear majority in all five boroughs want to add more protected bike lanes in their neighborhood, and voters of color indicated the strongest support:

➡️ 82% of Hispanic, Latino voters support

➡️ 71% of Black voters support - a full 10 points higher than white voters.
63% of voters support expanding #OpenStreets in their neighborhood, demonstrating wide embrace of a new initiative.

The survey asked voters if they'd support building more dedicated bus lanes in their neighborhood, *even if* it could lead to less parking.

Results are in - a clear majority said YES.
NYC voters earning less than $50K/year have, by far, the strongest support for dedicated bus lanes.

At 65%, their support registers more than 10 points higher than those earning $100K+/year.

Running for office in 2021 and want to build a fairer city? Build better bus lanes.
Clear majority want bike share too!

NYC voters earning less than $50K/year had highest support, at 69% -- a full 16 points higher than those earning $50K-$100K/year.

Next admin must move full speed ahead to continue @CitiBikeNYC expansion, a key way to address transit equity.

An earlier survey found 70% of NYC voters know someone who has been injured or killed in a crash.
