The argument always starts with things like incitement to violence, & you say ok maybe with incitement to violence I can see your point, & then the next thing you know it's "you said something that isn't true"
The article refers to, but does not link to, twitter's "Civic integrity policy". If you look it up it's absurd

"Content that may suppress participation" would seem to include, for instance, urging people not to vote—which is a completely legitimate political option
There were people who campaigned for a boycott of the last European Parliament elections in Britain; I didn't myself, but boycotting elections is a standard tactic
And do we think this policy is going to be implemented evenhandedly? Is there even the remotest chance of anybody getting thrown off twitter for advocating a boycott in one of the Evil Countries?
It isn't twitter's business to peer-review all the tweets; & it never will. It will just ban users arbitrarily & use this kind of vague policy to justify it
