Instant gratification is a slow poison. Injurious to wealth & to mental health. Avoid.
Pick a sports activity which free's your mind. Invest for long term in a way which free's your time.
For quick success in a corporate life, do what your manager says. For a long satisfied career, keep learning skills required in your job, continously learning build "you" for a decade and ensure you stay sharp in the game.
Celebrate your mistakes and failures by keeping a ledgers. Keep re-reading them, Keep attempting.
Be very selective while sharing feedback. People do not have the mental capabilites to take it in a right way. In corporates, feedback is a trap. Avoid.
Give Grace. Always keep a bottle of water and bag of appreciation close. Keep sipping, keep appreciating.
Perception management is very important in a corporate life. But don't compromise your Integrity in that process. Defend your life principles like a rock.
Avoid news/ media channels, they divide societies. Subscribe a sports channel helps to keep your spirit high.
Avoid Debt. Loans takes away lots of flexibility while taking career / life decisions.

Opt for 'silence', whenever emotions are taking over your words. Respect and understand others emotions.
