1. The filibuster was never going to be nuked WITHOUT A BILL TO VOTE ON

2. Manchin & Sinema just said words. There is nothing binding...b/c of #1

After weeks of withering media critique, Manchin & Sinema say "I didn't want to nuke but we have to, voters sent us here to do a job"
