I've got to disagree. There is a humongous weight on men to fit the roles dedicated to traditional masculinity. On a cultural scale. More men SHOULD be in therapy because most men never learned healthy mechanisms to deal with the negative emotions they face in life. Most of us choose to be quiet and carry it by ourselves and it manifests in however ways it will. Commonly toxically. 2/
Normally I'd feel a type of way because it's easy to feel attacked by generalizations when they're meant to show faulty areas but this one..... This one isn't wrong. Men, especially men, deserve to learn the right ways to cope with their emotions.
