1. My thoughts on the position with regards the manager of Livingston and his 'fit and proper' test.
Bear with me...
Apart from the obvious furore and all out attack if this was happening to the manager of my club, Celtic, the following points must be take into consideration..

Further, I am all in favour of folk bein given a second chance, where merited.... Hence my support for the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
However, having quoted said Act, you will be aware that certain crimes and terms of imprisonment are not covered by this legislation...

So, if the Livingston manager was to be treated 'differently' would or should there be a wave of unfairness??? And would today's word of the day again be 'Hypocrisy' or maybe even 'Inconsistency'? And another point is that having a conviction of 6 and a half years in prison..
5. Would merit a high level Police objection for an application for such roles as a Public House Licensee, a Taxi or Private Hire Licence, and even a Window Cleaner's licence, among other roles.
I await with interest the decision tmro, and as a reminder tip my thread, I again,

ask, given all the information above.... Would the decision be different if it was about the manager of Glasgow Celtic? Thanks for your time.
