Sorry but it takes a hell of a lot of cognitive dissonance to both be a zionist and to refer to Christian or right wing love of Israel as creepy.
Believe it or not, it's not just the rapture that makes non Jews have this obsession with Israel. Maybe instead of getting upset when white supremacists and right wingers wave Israeli flags ask yourself why they're doing that.
The U.S. wouldn't have it's ties to Israel without this "creepy" obsession, you have to pick one
This is just why I was irritated when people were like "we need to publicly shame those who waved the Israeli flag at the rally"
no Israel's a political project that the secular world is heavily involved in, that flag being there is not cultural appropriation
