Dele is desperate to have playing time. Not desperate to leave, which is important. He’d be happy to stay, but wants to feature more often if he’s to do so
So, Spurs are under no pressure to sell him unless a massive offer comes in. However they are under pressure to allow Dele

A loan with no option to buy would allow Daniel Levy to remain in control of Dele’s long term future, whilst allowing Dele to go play under Pochettino, who should give him the opportunities he desires.

Then after the 6 months all the parties involved can reassess the situation and decide how to move forward based on how Dele did at PSG

There’s not a much better situation for Dele to find himself again than at PSG, under Pochettino who he has a great relationship with. It’s not going to happen right now under Jose, that feels clear. However, if Dele shows what Jose wants to see out of him at PSG, that door
Could very much reopen itself come the summer (ex: Ndombele)
Keeping Dele here to rot on the bench helps no one. Its a headache for Mourinho, it will really annoy Dele, and paying Dele over 100k a week to never play makes no sense in the current financial landscape.

Dele needs to be allowed to play, for his sake. Sanction the loan deal, Daniel Levy. It’s the best option for Tottenham in the long run.
