Hey y'all! It's ya girl, Xemantha and I have an honest take for y'all.
After my conversation with my mom about my pronouns, the other night. I concluded that I am a Christian. What I've been taught my whole life is that "Christian" means "followers of Christ" and Jesus was a dope ass dude and I literally want to follow in his footsteps.
Just now, I came to understand that a lot of so-called "Christians" listen to what their pastors have to say about the bible and run with that/use it to inform their opinion on a lot of shit. So are they really followers of christ? Or are they followers of man?
For me, I believe many of them to be followers of man... and that goes directly against the idea of "do you turn to God or man?"
Cuz if you're a christ-follower, and you believe that Jesus was God in physical form & he did all this dope shit like heal niggas just cuz, hang out with "the lessers", etc. Why are you behaving/speaking in the exact opposite way? How does that make you a christ follower?
In conclusion, I fucking love what Jesus Christ did while he was here on earth and a lot of y'all claiming to follow in his footsteps are on some Grade A++ bullshit. Jesus was a nice guy, you hoes is mean.....
