The detailed capex section of the report. All actual expenditures. We need to get a detailed explanation as to what is going on here. Kindly respond. Here we go:
1. In 2017/18/19, the state spent N362m, N3bn, & N1.3bn respectively on the construction of PH road, Aba. A good portion of the road remains impassable. By the way, that's too much money to spend on just PH road.
2. Construction of bridges and Flyovers in Aba, your admintration spent N495m & N2.4bn for the yrs 2018/19. We know there are no flyovers & bridges in Aba. The osisioma one, that's not more than 1000-2000ft, has been ongoing for 5yrs.
3. Construction of failed roads in Aba, a seperate line item has gulped N4.4bn & N8bn for the yrs 2018/19. Where in Aba did you actually spend these monies on? Aba looks nothing like a place that so much on roads have been spent on.
4. There are other questionable spendings on the reports
Like spending N2.5bn on MCC road over 2018/19. N1.1bn in 2017 spent on Ogbor Hill, Aba flyover. Which flyover is in Ogbor Hill?

Telling Abians that you have spent N30bn in Aba over the past 3-4years is questionable. We kindly need explanations here. It all looks fishy.
