Since September 18th 2020, Quebec's total covid-19 numbers were growing at approx. 1.04% a day.

Today, the total exponential growth in Quebec his 0.45%.

Quebec reporting 1203 #covid19 cases. Lowest since Nov 26th, where 1117 cases were reported.

+ive rate for the last 4 days has been at the "controlled spread" level of under 5% provincially.

Some regions have higher +ive rates, but most are not far from the controlled levels.
Montreal is reporting 478 cases. Which is it's lowest report since Dec 8th, which was also 478. Montreal's positivity rate sits at about 7.3%. Still needs to come down, but the East End of the island is still a hotspot.
Hospitalizations and ICU numbers are dropping, but sadly not quickly enough. Quebec still reports an average of 40 deaths a day. I don't expect a drop until at least mid February.
