Did you know Fallen Kingdom had more than 30 minutes of footage that were cut out?
Some of that footage is still found and now compiled in this Thread! The Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom Extended Cut we never got to see: [1/19]

[2/19] Starting off with Maisie Lockwood and her dinosaur toys scene, this would probably play out after the Brachiosaurus Dock scene, and before Maisie's and Mill's talk regarding the Dinosaurs

[3/19] Right after that Mills would eventually come to explain to Maisie about the Isla Nublar Dinosaurs, that scene is even introduced in the final cut of the film

[4/19] This one is probably a quite known one by people, likely after Franklin's bug spray comedic moment, Zia and Owen would have a dialogue revealing her to be Lesbian

[5/19] After the Brachiosaurus Encounter at Main Street, we would get some more extended shots of Wheatley's Expedition going to the Bunker 02-17, specifically showing a Peloroplites corpse, that scene also appears in the trailers of Fallen Kingdom

[6/19] After splitting the group, Owen, Wheatley and Zia would go on search of Blue, and in the middle of the quest they would find the colossal Stegosaurus carcass, implying that either Blue or something Larger took it down, and they're in the right path for her

[7/19] Also in between that Stegosaurus and Blue's encounter, Owen then goes solo and eventually stumbles across a crocodilian skeletal.
Many people suggested it's from a Deinosuchus, despite having no official word on it either being used, or cloned on Nublar

[8/19] After introducing Gunnar the Indoraptor, Mills decided to show the animal itself in person, the Indo would be holding a human skull that it killed when trying to replace a broken Light Bulb that the Indoraptor kept breaking, as it wanted to stay in the dark

[9/19] Many people find it odd to the Indoraptor to smile but in fact, right before the Auction, Indoraptor would've been abused by Mills' mercs, being electrocuted and having them laughing about it, the Indoraptor would learn that and express this psycho/abusive behavior later

[10/19] After being fired by Mills with Lockwood's Death, Iris would originally be killed off by the Indoraptor when leaving the manor.
Thankfully the scene itself was cut which implies Iris is still alive and fine!

[11/19] The Stygimoloch "Stiggy" originally had an extended cut where it would go havoc inside a small market nearby Lockwood's manor, the first public dinosaur contact since 2001!
BABR was also originally a FK scene that ended up split into the Short Film

[12/19] A Group of Dilophosaurus was originally going to be Owen and Claire's first encounter on Arcadia when looking for a possible Tetanuran for Blue's Blood Transfusion.
This is the only scene we know that Bayona intentionally cut out for making Arcadia's arc "too long"

[13/19] Teratophoneus originally fulfilled Allosaurus' role in the stampede, attacking a Baby Triceratops and avoiding the attack of an adult, instead of an Allo trying to catch a Gallimimus.
Both theropods ended up being hit by a volcanic rock in both versions

[14/19] A short but comedic scene had Franklin in Bunker 02-17 with a Lamp that he proudly says "I fixed it!", until the Light Bulb explodes and he jumps off the chair

[15/19] During the chaos that Owen and Stiggy caused in the Auction, Anton, the Russian of "25 million!", was going to go after Owen to fight against him, even pushing him on the ground

[16/19] During the end of the film in the Manor's halls, an extended cut had Parasaurolophus and Apatosaurus interacting with each other, it's unclear how long this scene originally lasted as we only have this frame and the shorter version on the final film

[17/19] Although extremely short, Iris and Maisie would've had an extended cut with them playing hide and seek and even Maisie's monkey toy would appear for more time

[18/19] A male orange Carnotaurus was originally supposed to appear in the Mainland sequences of the film, it's unclear exactly what it would do, the only remains of Carno on the mainland are Demon, the black and red Carno that eats Mills alongside Rexy

[19/19] Last but not least, Wu originally had a plenty of other scenes that ended up cut, one of those being it going by the stairs of the Capitol in DC, and being shunned by the scientific community after JW's incident

[UPDATE] Turns out there's a plenty of other scenes that i completely forgot to post out, i'm going to extend this from 19 to 24 with other 5 scenes that i forgot to include!

[20/24] In the prologue sequence, one of the guys on the Submarine would look behind the glass and see the Mosasaurus' eye, before being attacked by the same

[21/24] Malcolm in the congress had a plenty of other lines that were cut, such as "We're talking about.. dinosaurs again?" and the iconic "Life Finds a Way" lines

[22/25] Just like in the first Jurassic World, Fallen Kingdom had a plenty of extended seconds of footage found here and there from a couple of different scenes, such as Blue being shot by a tranq dart, and Rexy's camera going higher after biting a Carnotaurus, or in the Prologue

[23/25] While showing the Camp, Wheatley originally would mention they succeeded to capture various dinosaurs, herbivores in particular [just like in the final movie], but Blue was being an extremely tricky case, killing a plenty of his men in various attempts

[24/25] Supposedly our lovely Dilophosaurus was originally going to harm that dude in the Prologue of Fallen Kingdom, which ended up being only a short subtle sound and some movement by the bushes

[25/25 For now] The beloved Suchomimus was supposedly considered to appear in Fallen Kingdom alongside Baryonyx, having footage of the species from the Lockwood's manor security cameras!
