We're talking about the Miami Dade County funded project that will completely rebuild Ne 2 Ave from 20 to 36 Streets
The area along this roadway is rapidly developing into a dense urban neighborhood with over 10,000 residential units recently built, under construction or planned

People aren't moving this close to downtown to sit in their cars.
While the County continues to move forward with their design/build project city leaders continue to fail to act.
