Between 2016 and 2020 @TheDemocrats overhauled the foundational data infrastructure used by all Democratic campaigns to reach voters. I'm beyond proud to have led this team, and excited to share a brief recap of our work in action. https://medium.com/democratictech/breaking-the-boom-and-bust-cycle-955643e48949
Fun fact #1: Through the DNC’s investments in cell phone number acquisition, matching, and modeling, Democratic campaigns were able to reach an additional 90 million voters in the 2020 election cycle.
Fun fact #2: Our new National Record Linkage system affected about one-fifth of the total voter file, or about 60 million individual record, and increased outreach efficiency by an estimated 8%.
Fun fact #3: The DNC’s http://IWillVote.com  website to help over 21 million voters get accurate information about where and how to vote, in an ecosystem rife with disinformation about voting.
Fun fact #4: In three short years, DNC built a team of over 60 phenomenal engineers, data scientists, security experts, disinformation analysts and IT professional -- and we built a culture of product development to match.
Final (sad) fact: Through the efforts of our counter disinformation team, we repeatedly warned social media companies that election disinformation would lead to offline violence, and that their efforts to curtail it were insufficient, starting in 2018.
