I'm going to give you my top tips and tricks to completely unlocking your mind so that you can push past your limits and live exceptionally.
1. Exercise 💪

Not only is exercise good for your physical health, but it helps your mental health as well. Consistent exercise has been proven to increase brain function and generate new cells.

You don't need to go all out. 10 minutes a day is a great place to start.
2. Meditate 🧘

Meditation allows you to clear your mind, help you relax and be better prepared for mental activity.

Many think this is hard because your mind needs to be completely cleared. This is not true though. Focus on your breath. If your mind wanders, just bring it back.
3. Journal 📝

Journaling is a great practice to get into. When you put thoughts on paper, it helps to clear your mind of unnecessary stressors.

This also is a great way of helping your brain prioritize what's important, boosts memory, and promotes and creativity.
4. Healthy Diet 🥦

Since our brain takes in 20% of all oxygen and nutrients that we consume, it's important to feed it the good stuff.

Some great 🧠 foods are avocados, green leafy vegetables, walnuts, and fish with Omega 3 oils.

5. Sleep 🛌

Sleep is somewhat of a detoxifier for the brain. With sleep we let our bodies regenerate cells and remove toxins that built up throughout the day.

Getting quality, uninterrupted sleep is going to allow your 🧠 to work at its highest capacity.
These are 5 simple steps to boosting your 🧠 power and unlocking your unlimited potential.
