I’m gonna be brutally honest here, before the signing happened I did not want him as a manager already, because I thought the job was too big for him, and was afraid for this day to happen. And I was right, it did, and it’s extremely heartbreaking. The idea of a huge legend...
managing us and bringing us to greatness is the best dream imagineable, but let’s be real, he needed more experience first. I still have massive respect for Frank to have the guts to accept this despite his inexperience, shows how much he loves the club and the fans. But sadly...
it didn’t work out, and us moving on to a better manager was the right call. Nobody is bigger than the club no matter what, and our club’s standards are massive. Frank has great potential though and I do hope that one day in the future he comes back and finishes what he started.
I’m very sad things had to end this way, but my love for Frank remains absolutely massive, he’s our greatest legend ever no matter what. Thank you for everything and the best of luck to the future Frank, I will always keep an eye on you and I will miss you so fucking much still.
