It’s been a life changing journey so I’d like to share 5 lessons I’ve learned over these 5 years at this incredible company: (a thread)
1. Surround yourself with smart people. It keeps you challenged and encourages growth.
2. Transparency is not only important but fundamental for trust and safety within a business.

3. Empathy above all else. It helps to communicate our ideas in a way that makes sense to others, and it helps us understand others when they communicate with us. Having empathy allows you to have different perspectives in various situations.
4. Building relationships has not only brought me closer on a team level but an organizational level. I’ve met some of the most incredible people at this company and wouldn’t change it for the world.
5. Step out of the comfort zone, being uncomfortable is where you see change. And yes it’s always easier said than done but it’s a reminder that pushes me to excel.
