Networking on Twitter takes time!
Start by following companies you're interested in including industry 'thought leaders' in your chosen industry.
They won't provide you with a job, but they will give you valuable insight. And be engaged with their tweets, showing your interest.
Remember - Twitter is all about live updates and constant connection and interaction. It is preferable to be tweeting at least twice a day!
Twitter Chats can be used to help with this. Find chats relevant to your industry and get involved.

You can also try to search hashtags like #nowhiring #graduatejobs #salesjobs #engineerjobs
You even get Twitter accounts that act like Job Boards - posting vacancies.
