What would a dream country look like with super simple bureaucracy, help for those who want to create and build and support for the less fortunate? I'll start:

Reasonable taxation of wealth and global assets, no income tax or transaction taxes.

Never repeat filling same field in, in any form e.g. name, address.

Fractal government, swiss style: federal, cantonal, communal

Social payments paid pro rata, between employers or invoices so there is no distinction between gig, freelance and employed (i.e. a social tax rather than vat on invoices).

Stock option pools in all organizations for all employees.

The right to talk to a human being with decision making power, for any bureaucratic process.

No difference between public and private sector pensions

Performance specifications rather than rules for all regulation. E.g. in a building, it wouldn't be you cannot use x% of glass, but you must not release x amount of pollution or carbon.

No regulations limiting energy use providing it is sustainable and carbon neutral or negative.
