Well guys and girls - i am genuinely gobsmacked.

Across all 11 areas, taking the ranking on a per pop. basis, Scotland sits top across the EU.

I knew we were well placed - but my god!

2nd is Denmark, 3rd Sweden, 4th Estonia, 5th Ireland, England in 17th
