we talked today in class about mental health, and i actually saw that some people don't understand this subject very good so here's me saying my opinion.1st of all it is completely normal to have depression /anxiety, ur not different
+ from others and u deserve the best. 2nd of all u CAN help someone with depression/anxiety by supporting them by listening to them by saying little things like: i love you, i'm proud of you, i'm here for you.... some people thinks that they can't help and that the person that
have depression or anxiety need to go to a therapist only but i completely disagree u can help them cause some people just need a friend, a family member to be there for them, okay they can go to a therapist it would actually helps but they also need to go through this with
+ someone besides them they can't get through it alone they need someone to be there for them to listen to them and someone who they can trust. thank you for reading this i love you and am proud of you<3
